How should I pack my Munchbox ?
Munchbox has been designed to hold wet foods but not liquids. To ensure that each food remains in place and does not leak into other compartments please follow these guidelines :
– Do use the Munchbox compartments to contain yoghurt or dips. Do not use the Munchbox to transport watery foods like soups.
– Drain off any excess liquids from fruits and yoghurts before placing them into their compartments.
– Ensure the specially designed, leak-proof lid is fully closed and the latch snapped shut before transporting your Munchbox.
– Do not overfill the compartments of your Munchbox.
– To keep perishable foods from spoiling always consider using an ice pack

Our policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a return or exchange.
You are able to return a product in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition when you first received it. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
